About LedgerRelay

LedgerRelay is the financial back office for volunteer-run organizations: booster clubs, PTOs, youth leagues, HOAs, and hobby clubs. It brings dues, reimbursements, board reports, and year-end records into one practical system.

Our central belief is simple: a treasurer change should be a handoff, not a restart. The organization’s records, decisions, documents, and recurring responsibilities should remain clear when one volunteer passes the role to the next.

We design for people doing important financial work without a finance department behind them. That means plain language, visible audit trails, and workflows that respect both the volunteer’s time and the board’s responsibility.
